Guarantee-bound

All studio projects are backed with a money-back guarantee* & certified to our extensive technical standards of acoustic measurements. We are confident, and so are the engineers mixing in a DRS® room!

[ OUR SERVICES ]

Acoustics for Professionals

Recording Studios

We design recording studios ranging from single-room setups to large multi-room commercial facilities. Our designs cover the entire plan from isolation to system integration, and everything in between.

Integrated Control rooms based on our DRS® model work on a virtually infinite ISD gap principle, making them compatible with live tracking spaces of any size (or long decay times), ruling out any possibility of compromised monitoring.

Mastering Studios

Every mastering/ mixing studio we design is built on our proprietary DRS® framework, ensuring a controlled, accurate, and yet perceptually natural environment.

Trusted by well-regarded engineers for transparent room response and accurate translation of mixes from the get-go.

Other Pro Audio Spaces

We also provide design solutions for rehearsal spaces, broadcast studios, acoustic laboratories, or any other pro audio facility.

Our scope covers all aspects of the project- acoustics, MEP, structural modifications, furnishing, etc. Each space is engineered for its intended application, ensuring technical reliability and long-term performance.

Our motive behind engineering for accurate sonic translation goes beyond just the desire for excellence, practically meant to streamline studios' workflow for faster turnarounds and increased operational proftability.

[ DRS MODEL ]

Dynamic Reference Stage® (DRS®) is a patented acoustic design model developed for modern critical listening environments such as mastering suites, mixing rooms, and high-end control rooms. Built around a standardised engineering framework, each DRS® room is designed to meet pre-defined acoustic and psychoacoustic performance targets with measurable precision.

What distinguishes DRS® is the play between translation and perception. These highly controlled environments are engineered to deliver mixes that remain consistent across playback systems, while maintaining a spatial response that feels natural, immersive, and non-intrusive to work in for long hours.  Thanks to the practically 'dynamic response', adaptation is immediate. Engineers work confidently from the first listen, without prolonged acclimatisation or the 'car-checks'!

Every DRS® room is certified against strict and elaborate performance benchmarks for noise, isolation, and the room's tonal and time response. Engineers and musicians describe working in these rooms as an unparalleled immersive listening experience with accelerated workflow, no ear fatigue and immensely enhanced efficiency.

Offering immediate translation and quick turnarounds, DRS® represents an investment in reliability and consistently growing returns.

[ DESIGN PROCESS ]

Journey till certification

We follow an elaborate protocol to design every facility, spending at least 2 months even on the smallest projects. The timeline may involve a variable planning interval, which is utilised as a "buffer phase" and often spent with clients touring different studios, attending listening sessions, and visiting construction sites to give them a hands-on feel of what they're getting.

Discovery

Early meetings involve us understanding your targets, and making sure our services align with your vision.

Prospects

Phase 2 of pre-liminary discussions involve:
1) Projecting prospects: Scope of work, timelines, estimated budget.
2) Paperwork & Scheduling
3) Pre-design consultation: Fun time hanging around studios, listening sessions, etc!

Conceptualization

In this phase, we try to decide and finalise the entire fundamentals. Decisions on budget allocation, acoustic response, aesthetic appeal, project management, and service compliance are all finalised in this phase.

Design & Enginerring

The longest phase, involving near 0 communication with the client.
We develop design, model acoustic functions, run calculations, collaborate with partnering engineers and designers (MEP, HVAC, structural, local building inspectors, interior decor, etc).

All projects are developed on BIM-architecture, with extreme attention to detail to ensure long-term reliability and reduce costly revisions during construction

Allocation

By the end of design phase, we deliver a report, set of plans, required documents, and a set of renders to the client electronically. A few weeks are spent explaining the design and plans to clients before Bidding and ordering starts.

Along, a checklist of certification parameters is shared with clients, which basically is a prediction of acoustic performance of finished rooms - which we back with a money-back guarantee. We know this system inside-out, and make sure it is fail-proof.

Build Phase

While we do not build our designs, we are very much involved throughout the entire journey to assist the building team. On-site visits for acoustic measurements, speaker install, and system calibration are already planned alongside a full waiver on our remote consultation retainer for the planned build phase to ensure our contractors are fully supported.

On client demand, we may provide a turnkey solution, acting as project directors alongside our trusted execution and project management partners.

Certification

By the end of construction, before everything is wrapped up in fabric, we make one last visit to install speakers (in-wall), tune decoupling systems, and fine-match drivers to calibrate at 0.5dB (preferably 0.1). No EQ correction or DSP compensation is used in any of our rooms, ensuring a truly HD output with as transparent signal chain as it gets.

Finally, acoustic measurements are used to match with the predicted performance, and rooms are officially certified to DRS standards.
